Epsilon User's Manual and Reference > Command Reference >

list-files

Create a buffer listing all files matching a pattern.

This command prompts for a file name pattern containing wildcards, then creates a list of all the files matching the pattern in a buffer named "file-list". Use this command when you need a plain list of file names, without any of the extra information that the similar dired command provides.

With a numeric argument, the command lists matching directory names, as well as file names.
