Epsilon User's Manual and Reference > Variable Reference >

c-mode-mouse-to-tag: preference variable

Default value: 1

If this variable is nonzero, double-clicking the right mouse button on a function or variable name in a C mode buffer makes Epsilon jump to that item's definition. Epsilon uses the pluck-tag command to do this. (In Epsilon for Windows, use the right mouse button's context menu to jump to a definition.)
