wheel-click-lines: preference variable
Default value: -1
Rolling the wheel on a
mouse scrolls by this many lines at once. A value of 0 means
scroll by pages. Under Windows, a value of -1 means use the value
set in the Mouse control panel; for Unix, it's the same as 3.
