save-all-without-asking: preference variable
Default value: 0
Set this variable nonzero if you want the save-all-buffers command
to skip over those buffers created with the File/New menu item or
new-file command that still lack associated file names. Instead of
prompting for a file name, it will report which buffers it didn't
save.
