scroll-bar-type: preference variable

Default value: 1

Epsilon for Windows can display two types of scroll bars. By default scroll-bar-type is 1, and Epsilon uses a line-based approach, with a "thumb" size that varies to reflect the number of lines visible in the window relative to the number of lines in the buffer. On extremely large buffers, this could be slow, so you can set the variable to 0 and Epsilon will use a fixed-size thumb as in previous versions.
