preserve-filename-case: preference variable

Set this variable nonzero to tell Epsilon to use the case of file names exactly as retrieved from the operating system. By default, Epsilon changes all-uppercase file names like WIN.INI to lower case like win.ini, except on case-sensitive file systems.
