compare-files

Compare files from two directories.

This command prompts for a pair of directories, then shows a list of files that are the same in the two, different, or missing from one or the other directory hierarchy. You can specify a file pattern instead of one or both directories to list only the files that match. With a prefix argument, the command asks for the comparison method and destination buffer.
