change-line-wrapping
Change whether this window wraps or scrolls long lines.
This command toggles whether the current window displays long lines by
wrapping them onto succeeding screen lines, rather than truncating
them at the right edge of the screen. With a negative numeric
argument, it forces wrapping. With a non-negative argument, it forces
truncation, and tries to set the display column to the value of the
numeric argument.
